My vacation in Senoia

Day one in Senoia. Hoping to get some news about filming tomorrow... happy to see that the cast is getting back to Georgia now...

Had a really nice dinner at Maguire's tonight... Meatloaf and Irish Chicken... yum!

Strike TWO

Yesterday I was in such a rush to get back to work for inventory that I forgot to take my Camelbak bottle...

Didn't drink enough water during the day I guess because today I woke up with another migraine...

I really don't need any more proof that dehydration is a trigger for me...

I cannot let this happen again!

Orion's birthday

Orion's birthday is August 21, but his birthday present is scheduled for delivery today.

I don't think he will have to wait the whole two weeks for it.

Ugh!!!

So, I didn't drink my water on Tuesday and spent half of Wednesday with a migraine...

I can never do that again!

Orion...

In just a little over 2 weeks Orion will be ONE year old... and that means he will have been with us for 10 months!

Can't believe how much that little guy means to me.

He definitely has my <3 his="" in="" little="" not="" p="" paw.="" so="">

60 days to go...

Then it's walker stalkin' time!

I am SO ready for vacation... and SO SO ready for season 4 of The Walking Dead!

I really wish I could win even a tiny piece of that Powerball jackpot this week... I'd love to pay off my credit card and have a little cash with me on the trip...

1st migraine in 10 days...

Woke up with a migraine this morning, but I still think I am onto something with the dehydration thing...

I believe this was my regular/usual migraine that could not have been prevented by an ocean of water.

So I'm not necessarily going to count this one, unless I get another one before next month.

So ready for vacation...

and it's just over 9 weeks away!

So ready to get back to Georgia and try a little more walker stalkin' ...

BUT FIRST...

I'm still trying to get through the remainder of July without a migraine. This is day 6 since my last...

Hydrate - Hydrate - Hydrate !!!

Today I bought myself a little gift to help with my daily hydration:

If I drink 2 of those a day I should be good to go. 

It's day 5 since I started drinking the extra water... no signs of a migraine yet (fingers crossed) and the kidney pain is barely there.

Now I am just dealing with quite a bit of nausea from the Cipro I'm taking for the UTI. I will be SO happy for Thursday to come and go... that's when my last dose will be taken.

Water - Day 4

It's day 4 of my self diagnosis/treatment plan for the weekly migraines I've had this month.

I'm now up to 64 oz of water per day and I'm finishing earlier each day. Today I finished it all before leaving work. That's pretty good considering the first day it took me 12 hours and it was only 50 oz.

I really hope this works...

Day 1

In addition to my usual cup of coffee in the morning and 2nd after dinner, I managed to drink a 50 oz bottle of water.

Go me !

Got a call from the doctor confirming that my test results showed I do have a UTI. Starting on antibiotics tomorrow... the increased water intake should help with that too.

I really hope this helps with the migraines too...

Headache test...

I wonder if the reason I've had so many migraines this month has something to do with the heat...

I know I don't drink enough water, never have...

Maybe I'm dehydrated.

Starting tomorrow I'm going to increase my water intake and see if it helps.

I was supposed to do that for the kidney thing anyway... might be able to fix both things at once. 

Migraine today...

Woke up to it around 3 am... did not go to work this time. Very tired of them.

Pain in my side for 2 days...

Went to the doctor... she thinks it might be kidney related... we'll see how it goes...

Wow!!!

The Walking Dead season 4 trailer is SO good. But it has has put so many questions in my head...

Does Sasha make it out of the prison? She is not with Tyreese in the car.

Does the group split up? Or is there another vehicle following behind the car Daryl is driving? 

Did Carol, Rick, Carl, and Hershel stay at the prison?

Where are Beth and Judith?

Did Maggie and Glenn go off alone?

What about the residents of Woodbury?

Is the Governor attacking the prison or is this a new threat?

Did the new character come from Woodbury?  I don't trust him.

What thing were they looking for at the Big Spot? Is that where they find a new leg for Hershel?

They are teaching the children how to use knives. Will we see a kid murder a sibling this season like in the comics?

Season 4 looks amazing, I can't wait until October.

If the show moves to Macon, does the filming move there too???

Why am I getting migraines every week now?

UGH...

I am getting really tired of this.

If I get another one within the week I guess I'll be making an appointment with my doctor so I can at least get a refill on my Relpax.

Strange dream last night...

Last night I had a dream that I went back to the tattoo shop in Hialeah to get Heather to do my 2nd tattoo. Only when I got there it wasn't Heather, it was Ami James from Miami Ink. I never cared for him on the show and always said of all the guys there he would be the last one I'd want a tattoo from... lol

Anyway...

I'll be working on my next tattoo design soon, though I won't be getting the actual tattoo done until around Christmas. I'm going to start a new contest at CreateMyTattoo.com and see if I can finally get the zombee tattoo I've been wanting. 

I want a cute little un-dead bee with a pretty pink brain flower.  :)
